David Cornue is the Executive Producer of ESPN+ COACH and creator of ABC’s TRIAGE. He studied under Stephen Schwartz and developed the STOP WRITING! methodology for creative craft.

The Project
This constitution was modeled structurally after Anthropic’s Claude Constitution—the document that governs how Claude, Anthropic’s AI, behaves in the world. We asked: if AI has a constitution for how to be a good AI, shouldn’t artists have a constitution for how to work with AI?
The Artistic Constitution is the answer.
It is a living document. It will evolve as the artist-AI relationship matures, as technology advances, as artists discover new ways of working and new questions that need answering.
